Treatment and prophylaxis of herpes simplex and varicella zoster.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
Mycophenylate Mofetil
Increases levels of both drugs
Probenecid
Reduces aciclovir excretion.
NOTES
Maintain adequate hydration with IV therapy; adjust dose in renal impairment.
