DRUG INTERACTIONS
Aminoglycosides
Increased risk of Nephrotoxicity.
Anticoagulants
Increased INR with Warfarin / Pirfenidone.
Furosemide
Increased risk of Nephrotoxicity.
Probenecid
Reduced renal excretion of Cefoxitin, resulting in increased and prolonged serum levels.
Typhoid vaccine
Decreased immunological response to vaccine.
NOTES
Used in intensive phase of M. abscessus regimens.
