DRUG INTERACTIONS
Cisapride
Arrythmias. AVOID.
Cyclosporin
May increase levels. Monitor levels.
Midazolam
Increased levels woth fluconazole.
Phenytoin
Increased levels with phenytoin.
Rifampicin
Decreased levels of fluconazole.
Sulphonylureas
Prolonged serum half-life.
Tacrolimus
Increases tacrolimus levels. Monitor.
Terfenadine
Prolonged QT interval. AVOID.
Theophylline
Increases theophylline levels. Monitor for toxicity.
Warfarin
Increased INR.
NOTES
Many CYP interactions; adjust in renal impairment.
