Pancreatic enzyme replacement. Pancreatic insufficiency in CF.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
Probenecid
Reduces excretion of cephalosporins.
Warfarin
Rare reports of increases in prothrombin time.
NOTES
Each capsule contains 25,000 units lipase. Cap at 10,000 units lipase/kg/day.
