INDICATIONS
Treatment of Staphylococcus aureus (including MRSA) infection. Used in combination with another anti-staph antibiotic to prevent emergence of resistance.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
Simvastatin, Atorvastatin
Possible increased risk of myopathy.
NOTES
Always combine with another anti-staphylococcal agent to prevent resistance.
