INDICATIONS
Vitamin K malabsorbtion, high INR or vitamin K deficiency associated with liver impairment.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
Warfarin
Interferes with vitamin K metabolism. The effects of warfarin can be antagonised by giving vitamin K.
NOTES
Monitor coagulation in CF liver disease.
